We invite you to join us on the Island of Iona in the western Hebrides of Scotland for a special renewal retreat for clergy---an opportunity to draw back from the demands and pressures of your work and invite the fresh inspiration of Spirit to deepen your personal life, find new inspiration and resources for your ministry and be restored by the beauty and power of this ancient, sacred place.

Our theme this year is Going to the Edge - a powerful metaphor for our journey and work as clergy today. Historically Iona has been known as “the island at the edge of the known world.” As the home of Celtic Christianity, Iona represents a leading edge theologically in the restoration of Creation and nature to historic Christianity. And personally, the Iona retreat invites you into the company of pilgrims who over the centuries have “gone to the edge” to discover creative and courageous ways of thinking and responding to the challenges of their own time.
